Uygulamaya girdiğiniz cari hesap kayıtları — müşterilerinizin ve tedarikçilerinizin adı, telefonu, e-postası, adresi ve vergi bilgisi — için veri sorumlusu sizsiniz; biz yalnızca veri işleyeniz. Bu kişileri aydınlatmak ve gerekli hukuki dayanağı sağlamak sizin yükümlülüğünüzdür. Biz bu verileri yalnızca size hizmet sunmak için, sizin talimatınız doğrultusunda işleriz; başka hiçbir amaçla kullanmayız.

3. Yapmadıklarımız
- Finansal verilerinizi reklam için kullanmıyoruz. Nakit pozisyonunuz, vadesi geçmiş alacaklarınız veya bakiyeleriniz reklam ağına gönderilmez. Reklam istekleri boş gönderilir: anahtar kelime, içerik bağlantısı veya yayıncı sinyali eklenmez. Bu, uygulamanın kod düzeyindeki bir kısıtıdır.
- Verilerinizi satmıyoruz ve pazarlama amacıyla paylaşmıyoruz.
- Analitik veya çökme takip aracı kullanmıyoruz. Uygulamada davranışsal izleme yapan bir bileşen bulunmuyor.
- Bildirimler cihazınızda kalır. Vade hatırlatıcıları tamamen yerel olarak planlanır; sunucumuza bildirim kimliği (push token) gönderilmez.
4. Hukuki sebepler
- Sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası — hesabınızın ve defter verilerinizin işlenmesi (KVKK m.5/2-c).
- Hukuki yükümlülük — abonelik ve ödeme kayıtlarının saklanması (KVKK m.5/2-ç).
- Meşru menfaat — hizmetin güvenliği ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi (KVKK m.5/2-f).
- Açık rıza — kişiselleştirilmiş reklam. İstediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz (bkz. bölüm 6).

Defter verileriniz Avrupa Birliği'ndeki sunucularda barındırılır. Abonelik doğrulaması ve reklam gösterimi, ilgili verilerin bu hizmet sağlayıcıların yurt dışındaki sunucularına aktarılmasını gerektirir.
6. Reklamlar ve onay
Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob reklamları gösterilir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı'nda, reklam gösterilmeden önce Google'ın onay ekranı (UMP) sunulur ve tercihiniz alınır.
Tercihinizi Ayarlar → Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri üzerinden değiştirebilirsiniz. Onay vermemeniz uygulamayı kullanmanıza engel değildir; yalnızca reklam gösterimi durur veya kişiselleştirilmez.
Pro aboneliğinde hiç reklam gösterilmez ve reklam bileşeni hiç çalıştırılmaz.
7. Saklama ve silme
- Verileriniz, hesabınız açık olduğu sürece saklanır.
- Hesabınızın ve defter verilerinizin silinmesini alpsoftstudio@gmail.com adresinden talep edebilirsiniz.
- Mali mevzuat gereği saklanması zorunlu abonelik ve ödeme kayıtları, yasal süre boyunca saklanmaya devam edebilir.
- Cihazınızdaki yerel önbellek, oturumu kapattığınızda veya uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda silinir.
8. Haklarınız
KVKK m.11 uyarınca; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, şartları oluştuğunda silinmesini isteme, otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç doğmasına itiraz etme ve zararınızın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.

9. Çocuklar
Uygulama işletmelere yöneliktir ve 18 yaşından küçüklerin kullanımı için tasarlanmamıştır. Bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu metin güncellendiğinde bu sayfada yayınlanır ve yürürlük tarihi değiştirilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu adreste bulunur.

1. Who we are
This app is built and operated by Alp Soft Studio ("we", "us").

Two layers of responsibility
For your own account data (e-mail, name, business name) we are the data controller.
For the contact records you enter — the names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, postal addresses and tax details of your customers and suppliers — you are the controller and we are only a processor. Informing those people and having a lawful basis for their data is your responsibility. We process that data solely to provide the service to you, on your instructions, and for no other purpose.

3. What we do not do
- We do not use your financial data for advertising. Your cash position, overdue receivables and balances are never sent to an ad network. Ad requests are sent empty — no keywords, no content URL, no publisher-provided signals. This is enforced in the app's code, not merely stated as a policy.
- We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
- We use no analytics or crash-reporting tools. There is no behavioural tracking component in the app.
- Notifications stay on your device. Due reminders are scheduled entirely locally; no push token is sent to our servers.
4. Legal bases
- Performance of a contract — operating your account and ledger data.
- Legal obligation — retaining subscription and payment records.
- Legitimate interests — securing the service and preventing abuse.
- Consent — personalised advertising, which you can withdraw at any time (see section 6).

Your ledger data is hosted on servers in the European Union. Subscription verification and advertising require the relevant data to be transferred to these providers' servers abroad.
6. Advertising and consent
The free tier shows Google AdMob ads. In the European Economic Area, Google's consent screen (UMP) is presented before any ad is requested.
You can change your choice from Settings → Ad privacy options. Declining does not restrict your use of the app; ads simply stop or become non-personalised.
Pro subscribers see no ads at all and the advertising component is never started.
7. Retention and deletion
- We keep your data for as long as your account exists.
- You can request deletion of your account and ledger data at alpsoftstudio@gmail.com.
- Subscription and payment records that we are legally required to keep may be retained for the statutory period.
- The local cache on your device is cleared when you sign out or uninstall the app.
8. Your rights
You have the right to know whether we process your personal data, to obtain information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and the third parties it is shared with, to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, to request erasure where the conditions are met, to object to decisions produced solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

9. Children
This app is intended for businesses and is not designed for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
When this policy is updated it is published on this page and the effective date is changed. The current version is always available at this address.
